    Aisam becomes first Pak player to reach US Open mixed doubles final

    Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi has become the first Pakistan tennis player to qualify for the final of any Grand Slam competition. On Tuesday, he entered the US Open mixed doubles final along with Czech teammate Kveta Peschke.

    Qureshi and Peschke defeated Anna-Lena Groenefeld of Germany and Mark Knowles of Bahamas, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4), in the semi finals, the Dawn reports. (ANI)
