    Arizona Herald
    Wednesday 8th September, 2010
    (IANS)

A woman claiming to be the love child of the late pop legend Michael Jackson has had her case thrown out by a Los Angeles judge.

Mocienne Petit Jackson, who filed documents with the Los Angeles county superior court in July demanding a DNA test to prove she is the offspring of the late 'King of Pop', had her request denied Tuesday, reports tmz.com.

Mocienne claimed she should be entitled to a share of Jackson's estate, which too has been dismissed by the court.
